Welcome to AAHA !!!
Our ASD Programs
All AAHA Programs are delivered either in a Community/Neighbour House, Local Government Oval and facility, and in purpose designed local businesses.
AAHA has made a deliberate decision to have ASD only Programs, to enable socialisation while enhancing skills & interests and building and achieving Personal Goals:
Ages 5 - 7
Ages 8 - 12
Ages 13 - 17
Our Extended Programs
Family Networking Programs are offered to assist Parents and Carers with information via Seminars & Webinars. There will be also an opportunity for networking and informal learning and sharing your experiences.
Advocacy Programs will provide information to Governments at all levels and to potential Employees.
Autism After Hours Activities (AAHA) is a new Charity, established to make available recreational and ‘Extra Curricula’ style Programs for people living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), including Aspergers and their Families.
The medical and therapeutic effort around Autism, worldwide, has been focused on the medical and scientific side of the disorder, trying to identify the cause and find a cure. There are disability organisations that include ASD people in Activities, however there are currently no dedicated organisations making available sporting/physical and interest/hobby style Programs, AAHA is filling this gap.
Established in Melbourne, Victoria, Autism After Hours Activities is currently running programs in Dromana and planning to expand delivery of programs to other regions in the near future.
A = Autism
AH = After Hours, that is outside of school & work hours, we will operate in the evenings, during weekends and during school holidays

Community and Global awareness of Autism
To provide Programs that help ASD people and instill confidence, wellbeing, while encouraging skills leading to potential employment opportunities, and fundamentally fulfilling personal aspirations and goals.
To provide social and communication experiences allowing families to join in with all successes of their ASD family member.
To assist the General Public to better understand Autism, one Community at a time, leading to wider and greater acceptance.
To help Governments, at all levels, to better understand the needs of life with Autism.
To introduce potential Employers to the many skills and values of employing people with ASD. We will also assist the Employer and the employee maintain working success.
There is a need for more Australian data on living with Autism and to that end, we are willing to participate with all Research Universities, and accept researching PhD students. We will seek permission when any formal research opportunities occur. Anything that can reinforce the tools that are needed to live sociably and happily with ASD is paramount.
