  • Expertise in NDIS, Medicare, DVA and Workcover: We ensure your practice remains compliant and up-to-date with the latest NDIS Standards, guides, and Medicare Benefits Schedule. Our team diligently tracks important dates like plan reviews and referral expiries, and we'll prompt you when Medicare letters and NDIS reports are due. We handle the complexities of liaising with clients and stakeholders, including Support Coordinators and participant representatives, ensuring that referral limits are not exceeded.

$65 + gst per hour with a minimum of 3 hours per week

Splose Setup

Ever invested in a program or system and realised it didn’t fit your needs? Or didn’t fit with your workflows?

You’re not alone. Choosing a system based on product screenshots and short videos is hard. And just because it works for your colleague doesn’t mean it’s right for you.

So to ensure you’re investing where you should be, we spend an hour with you to ‘audit’ your business operations and design an unique implementation plan. We’ll take your unique plan and formalise it into a Project Proposal for you to review and accept.

This proposal will outline:

  • Any pre-work to be done (developing templates, agreements, forms etc.)

  • Process Analysis and Redesign: Following on from the audit, we’ll outline the processes that need to be reviewed and created to work alongside Splose.

  • Splose Setup and Implementation

  • Integrations we recommend

  • Data Migration process (if relevant)

  • Training and support

Once you’ve accepted the Proposal, we’ll provide you with a questionnaire to collect additional information we need to set up Splose just right as well as invite you to a Kick Off Meeting to ensure we’re all on the same page.

Once the setup is complete, we’ll invite you to cut the red ribbon and step into your brand-new, tailored Splose system.

We’ll train you and your team to fully use your Splose system.

You’ll also get access to our video walkthroughs of Splose tasks, which you can use for your internal team training and procedures.
